How does our Professional Clubmaker address
the Technical Parameters of a Clubs to suit a Golfer !
With special machine
calibrated for testing, tools designed for clubmaking measurement and
factory robot hitting machine performance results coupled with human
test data we are able to piece together the soft aspects of the components
engineered parameters to make the club suitable for the particular golfer
physical ability and swing characteristics
The shaft of a club
has the most engineered parameter which will dynamically transmit the
feel of the club when impact with the ball by the golfer. Therefore,
our Professional Clubmaker has to abide to the design guidelines of
the engineered parameters when making the club suitable for a particular
golfer. The degree of torque, bend point, frequency matching flex, tip/butt
trimming and the length of a shaft must carefully tabulate when matching
with the grip and clubhead.
The complete assembled
clubs within a set will has constant swingweight balance and must has
a progressive shaft flex and weight relative to each length of the clubs.
This is to achieve the dynamic feel and sensation so that a golfer
can swing with the same appropriate tempo and rhythm for each and every
clubs.
The club that is
proper fitted to suit a golfer to achieve the best shot performance
of Distance, Accuracy, Trajectory,
Feel & Backspin must have these major
parameters:
-
The correct
grip's weight and size.
-
The right
shaft weight, length and flex.
-
The right
Iron head to suit the golfer priority of feel or forgiveness acceptance.
-
The correct
wood loft-angle for optimum ball launch angle.
