Participant is required to fill in a Golfer Information Form for our recording of your particulars, learning characteristics, previous sport history and any important information that you think is essential for the Teaching Professional to know.

Participant is required to sign the Letter of Indemnity before the start of golf lesson.

Participant is required to arrive 15 minutes earlier to warm-up for every lesson.

Participant is required come in golf attire.
